Onboarding, cleanup, migration
Onboarding
A one-time fee. The first sixty days rebuild the chart of accounts, set the close calendar, and establish approvals. Pricing it separately keeps the monthly fee honest.
Cleanup and migration
Behind, or on desktop software or spreadsheets? That gets fixed first, quoted as its own project. We work in QuickBooks Online.
Typically $5,000 to $15,000, depending on years and accounts. Quoted before you commit.
What moves the number
Complexity, not size.
- Multiple entities or consolidation
- Inventory, WIP, or percentage-of-completion
- High transaction volume for the revenue
- Multi-state payroll or sales tax
- Job costing across many active jobs
- Books needing ongoing remediation
What we don't do
We work alongside your tax preparer and attorney.
- Audits, reviews, and compilations
- Tax return preparation and representation
- Investment, insurance, or legal advice
- Payroll processing
